Refund Policy

Membership purchases

Membership purchases are digital service activations. Any refund request is reviewed according to the purchase conditions shown at checkout, account activity and the applicable rules in effect at the time of purchase.

Blockchain payments

Confirmed blockchain transactions cannot be technically reversed. Sending assets through an unsupported network, to an incorrect address or in an incorrect amount may require manual review and may not always be recoverable.

Payment discrepancies

Underpayments, overpayments, duplicate payments or payments that cannot be matched automatically may be placed under review. Keep your transaction hash and order details until the membership or top-up is fully confirmed.

How to request a review

Contact with your account email, order number, amount, date and transaction hash. Requests are evaluated individually.
